Establish and manage a new farm 18 miles outside of downtown Sacramento, CA off of Garden Highway. The property consists of 2.16 acres, 1.5 to be farmed. Participate in the establishment of a greenhouse, no tills beds and, in the future, management of 75 chickens for egg production for the various produce needed for South Restaurant.
